The B'Shara family has been serving food to folks throughout the Pioneer Valley for generations. Before we became a successful caterer to weddings, corporate events, and parties, we owned and operated a sandwich and ice cream shop in Springfield. From when the doors first opened there in 1945 up to the present, we built our name on serving hearty, satisfying foods reliably and with respect to the value of people's money.

The B'Shara family is closely associated with the restaurant in West Springfield that carried our name for years and years. Today, we operate The Runway Restaurant & Lounge at Barnes Airport in Westfield.
